As all our rulers are done by hand, we can allow you to choose how you would like your ruler.

This is a guideline to help you get the best result for what you want, because remember this little beauty will be with you forever.

1. All rulers are 180cm high.

2.4m rulers are no longer available due to excessive postage costs for this size.

Do you want the ruler rested against the wall?

Is it to sit above skirting board?

Do you want it to fit all the family?

For mounting the boards if not resting against the wall, I recommend the 3M large picture strips. The boards weigh between 3-4kg and a full set will hold the weight.

If ordering a 2.4m/8ft ruler, please take into account the height of your ceilings and if it will fit. I am more than happy to cut the boards down.

If you would like the ruler to end at 2m, 2.1m etc I would suggest starting the ruler at 20 or 30cm as this height is added to the end of the ruler. 

Please take this into account upon ordering, as I start all rulers at 0cm unless otherwise requested.

2. Choosing your font.

As all my rulers are customised, even if you don't wish to have any wording, you can still choose which font you would like for the numbers.

For font choices you can choose anything from word, previous rulers or any free downloadable font (dafont.com or creativefabrica.com are my favourite) 

To ensure your order is completed in a timely manner, please include your wording and font choice on checkout. (emails receive after completing order will not show this information, for some reason)

3. Shipping

POSTAGE AUSTRALIA WIDE 

• Local Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast $10 for rulers.
• Rulers start from $25 delivery. WA + NT $35. 
• Mini Birth Rulers, signs etc are $10 delivery Australia Wide. $15 for WA + NT.
• Orders can be up to 2 weeks delivery, during busy times it can be 2-4 weeks.
• Shipping Australia wide is sent by courier with Couriers Please, Star Track, TNT or Aramex.
• Courier is generally 1-2 days delivery to local Brisbane and most major cities. Postage to WA and rural is between 6 to 10 days.
• Couriers can NOT deliver to P.O Boxes.
• Item will be left if premises are unattended.
• International courier is available. Pricing will show at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping is now available to NZ, UK, USA and Canada.
• Shipping costs vary on country. 
• Items are posted via Australia Post, UPS or DHL.
• For other countries not listed above please contact us for pricing.

Refunds

As items are custom made please ensure that spelling, dates etc supplied are correct. Returns are accepted if item has been received damaged or faulty. Packages are securely packed for shipping worldwide. Please contact us at the earliest convience to let us know if anything is wrong with your item.
